This imposing canyon &#8211; sculpted by centuries of erosion in limestone rock &#8211; stretches between Sep\u00falveda and Burgomillodo, creating a landscape of deep meanders, walls of up to 100 metres high and one of the largest European colonies of griffon vultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From Las Casitas de Cerezo, located in Cerezo de Abajo, getting to Las Hoces is very easy and takes approximately 40 minutes by car. This rural enclave is the ideal starting point to enjoy a variety of activities such as hiking, canoeing and bird watching in its natural environment.
